Even though we provide a picture, description,
and you had the opportunity to ask questions
before purchasing, we recognize that sometimes
the item purchased is not exactly what you
thought it was.
If there is a problem with an item you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We do take returns, but is necessary to charge a
15% restocking fee for returned items. If a
discount was given at the time of purchase, such as free shipping, it will also be deducted from the amount of the refund.
We can not refund shipping or insurance because these costs have already been spent.
If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase the refund will be issued in the form of a Juby's store credit.
